About

Evelyn Sullivan is a retired Magistrate Judge. She has spent many years working with families and children in resolving disputes both while she served on the bench and as an independent mediator. She has written many memorandums of understanding for participants and assisted them in finding resources to further their desired resolutions. Her ability to compassionately help the parties identity solutions and problem solve allows her to offer the parties thoughts and perspectives that can assist them in crafting their own resolutions. Her experience in the law, allows her to help parties compose their agreements and reduce them to writing so their agreements can provide them a roadmap into the future. During her time on the bench as a judicial officer, she was exposed to many differing and varying situations, thus she brings that range of experience into her work as a mediator. Her experience as a judicial officer has molded her into the ultimate neutral, listening to all sides of a conflict in an open and unbiased manner rather than basing solutions simply based on facts.
